How it works

Once you’ve onboarded onto the Reef platform, your employees will receive a short video of how to use Reef alongside a login. They will then begin to utilise all the benefits of the Reef mobile app.

1. Create account

You will receive a welcome email from Reef when you sign up. When you start adding you and your employees into the platform, they will receive an email asking them to create an account, and then receive an email to download the Reef app to start using our third workspaces.

2. Search

Once logged in, your team will be able to view 100s of venues across the UK where they will be able to work from. They will also have access to discounts off food & drink at these venues.

3. Book

Your team will be able to book either just themselves as well as invite their team members to join them at the venue being booked. You will also have access to discounts on booking meeting & hotel rooms.
