No. Booking into spaces as many times as you need to work is included within the Reef Unlimited subscription. There are sometimes additional costs when booking private meeting space, training rooms & hotel rooms through the Reef app.
Yes, when you onboard your team they will appear in the app, so they can easily invite each other to their Reef bookings. If your teams are also meeting clients, they can invite them via email if they do not have the Reef platform.
We show both Reef Hours & Social Hours. The Reef Hours are the space’s laptop-friendly hours and the Social Hours are the space's standard opening times. We show this in case your teams would like to socialise at the end of a working day.
A freemium account lets you see where we have spaces, so you will know when you upgrade, that there are spaces around your team. When upgraded, your teams will be able to book into these spaces, making sure they have access to a plug socket as well as be able to receive Reef exclusive offers, such as a free hot drink on booking, remote & well being perks AND access to book into private meeting spaces, training rooms & hotel rooms.
The reason Reef was created was due to coffee guilt, being kicked out during a video call, and noisy environments when working from hospitality spaces. What Reef gives your team is a space to work from, where they don’t need to feel like they need to buy a coffee every 5 minutes to warrant their stay, they can feel confident working on their laptop for as long as they need, and know that the space is exactly what they need for that booking.
Yes we do. If you have over 20 people in your team OR if you are a charity, book a demo with us and we will supply you with a unique code to claim your bulk/charity discount.
No. You can onboard as little or as many of your employees as you need.
